Vehicle Fleet Efficiency & Effectiveness
In 2007, the Office of Asset Enterprise Management (OAEM) assumed responsibility for VA’s environmental and transportation management programs. As a part of VA’s Energy, Environment, & Fleet (EEF) Program Service, the VA Fleet Management Program oversees all aspects of the vehicle fleet management program for VA. Currently, VA is pursuing electrification of VA’s fleet of over 22,000 vehicles to pursue the President’s goal of a zero-emission federal fleet
