Welcome to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Energy & Water Management Program website. This site is an initiative of the Office of Asset Enterprise Management (OAEM) and the Energy, Environment, & Fleet (EEF) Program Service. VA Energy Savings Performance Contracting — VA partners with private sector companies and utilities to install energy and water conservation measures. VA achieves infrastructure upgrades, cost savings and reduced energy use.

VA Energy and Water Management Program: Energy and Water Efficiency — Focuses on improving the energy efficiency of VA facilities by investing in energy and water conservation measures, along with improving commodity purchasing and operations and maintenance practices.
